LOSE INCHES OF FAT NOT MUSCLE
26-Day Plan: (Lose 5 LB / 20-30 LB)
You begin with a medical assessment and review of goals; then decide on a program and a start date.
The plan starts with 3 days of heavy eating
On Day 4 - 6: you begin HCG and continue heavy eating for 3 more days.
On Day 7: you begin to eat only what is detailed what is detailed in diet.
You are to intake a 500 calorie high-protein diet and continue HCG until Day 23.
Day 24 - 26: continue the 500 calorie intake until Day 26
40-Day Plan: (Lose 34-40 LB)
Same as 26 Day Plan but you the plan will continue for 40 days; your last HCG injection will be on Day 37, followed by the 500 calorie intake for day 38 - 40.
Maintenance After Both Plans
Next 3 weeks: You will continue a high protein diet but increase your calories to 1500 (still NO starches or sugars)
Then: You will introduce small amounts of starches and sugars.
You must weigh yourself daily and if you gain more than 2 lbs. in one day, go TOTAL protein for one day.
